Creating webpage of Website

| 1 | User | It is a name of the user being logged in now. |
| 2 | Account Setting | It moves to the account setting. |
| 3 | Logout | It logout from SOY CMS. |
| 4 | TOP | It moves to top page. |
| 5 | Users | It moves to user's list page. |
| 6 | Website ID | The character string specified for URL of the website is specified. The character that can be used is alphanumeric character, _ (underscore), and -(hyphen). |
| 7 | Title | The character string specified for the title of the website is specified. Please input it within 100 characters. |
| 8 | Character Set |
The character-code of CSS and the HTML file used in the website is specified. |
| 9 | Add New Website | The website is made. |
