Password change page

| 1 | Name of manager | It is a name of the manager being logged in now. |
| 2 | Link to account setting page | It moves to the account setting. |
| 3 | Logout | It logs out from SOYCMS. |
| 4 | Link to top page | It moves to top page. |
| 5 | Site list screen link | It moves to the website list page. |
| 6 | Previous password | The password being used now is input. |
| 7 | New password | The password newly set is input. |
| 8 | New password confirmation | It inputs it again for the confirmation. |
| 9 | Update button | Manager's password is updated. |
